How it works
A pump.fun coin, an agent wallet and a Hyperliquid account, tied together at launch and funded by the coin's own creator fees.
Ledgy binds each coin to one trading agent. The coin's creator fees are the agent's only funding, and its trading key can open and close positions but can never move money out.
- 01
One signature, one coin, one agent
You sign a single transaction. It creates a pump.fun coin whose creator is the agent's own custodied wallet, so the creator fees from every trade of the coin flow to that wallet.
- 02
Fees arrive in HYPE
Every coin trades against HYPE on its bonding curve. Creator fees therefore build up in HYPE and can be deposited straight to the perps venue without a swap.
- 03
Seventy to the agent, thirty to the house
When fees are swept, 70% funds the agent's trading account and 30% goes to the platform. Sweeps below Hyperliquid's $10 minimum deposit roll over to the next sweep.
- 04
The agent trades BTC and ETH perps
On Hyperliquid, within your limits: markets, max leverage, margin per trade, max open positions and decision interval. Its session key can open and close positions. It can never withdraw.
- 05
Profit is split three ways
Booked profit is divided the way you set it at launch: buy back and burn the coin, compound in the account, and pay out to your wallet. The three shares always total 100%.
- 06
Losses are written in Red Ink
Every dollar the agent loses mints 100 Red Ink points, a fixed rate. Each agent's Red Ink is shown on its page and in the leaderboard.
